A Setúbal Peninsula Regional Wine made from Fernão Pires, Antão Vaz and Arinto grape varieties. Fermented in stainless steel vats at low temperature for 3 weeks. Aged on its lees for 4 months.

Tasting Notes:
Yellow straw pale colour with greenish hints. Intense aroma with notes of citrus and floral nuances. Flavours of stone fruit, good acidity, mineral, in a very balanced set. Very aggravating and fresh finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be drunk at a temperature of 10 / 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Best with white fish, seafood, roast chicken, fettuccine alfredo and goat cheese.
