Intense nose with citrus notes and a stone aroma, transmitting a mineral touch. In the mouth it presents strong acidity with solid minerality and, once again, very pleasant citrus notes. Buttery and fresh sensation.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
