Vinification partially in barrel. Ageing for 5 months in French barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Light yellow with greenish tones colour. Elegant and gentle aroma, fruity but not too much, apricot, peach, melon, dry fig, kiwi, hazelnut, well balanced oak. Fruity, smooth palate with oak but without exaggeration. Good acidity. Long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store at a temperature of 12ºC and humidity of 60%. Serve at a temperature of 11ºC.

Good with fish and seafood.
