Tasting Notes:
Complex with notes of spices, apricot and touches of pastry. It has a large volume with a long, unctuous and elegant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at 12ºC. Keep the bottles laid down when it’s possible and in a room with controlled temperature.
Food Pairing:
Dishes of white fish, cod, wild mushrooms, grilled white meats and cheeses.
