Vinified in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC, in order to preserve the typical aromas of the Moscatel grape variety. Aged for 6 months in Hungarian oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Citric colour, with fragrances of orange blossom, lemon and confit orange, typical of the Moscatel de Setúbal. Notes of toasted wood well integrated. In the mouth, it shows a good structure and complexity originated from the grape variety, blended perfectly with the minerality given from the Hungarian Oak. Aftertaste with some persistency.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles should be kept horizontally at a temperature of 12º C. and 60% humidity. Service temperature between 8º C. and 12º C.
Food Pairing:
With a remarkable wide range of consensually this wine has the ability to pair perfectly with complex structured dishes, like fish rice or pastas, shellfish or birds. Fish stews, or fat roasted fishes are also a great pair for this wine. Fantastic combination with Asian, Thai or Indian fish dishes, like the Pad Thai or Shrimp Curry.
