Winemaking:
The wine was produced from grapes that were harvested and selected by hand and immediately sent to the winery where they were gently pressed in order to preserve all the varietal flavours. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of between 12ºC and 15ºC to safeguard all the elegance and aromatic characteristics. Ageing for 8 months in stainless steel.

Light straw-coloured wine with floral and citrus aromas. The tasting reveals well-balanced acidity with good freshness and an elegant, fruity finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.

A great match with various fish dishes.
