Tasting Notes:
Citrine color with greenish reflections. Good aromatic intensity, with notes of asparagus, grapefruit and a light passion fruit. It is a young wine, with vibrant acidity and extremely versatile, given that it has enormous gastronomic aptitude, as well as being an excellent solo companion.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to serve the wine chilled, around 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with fresh seafood, grilled fish, and salads.
