Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at an average temperature of 15ºC.

Grape Varieties:
Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour and greenish reflections, an aroma with tropical notes, seasoned with a slight vegetal note, reminiscent of green asparagus. Vibrant and fresh acidity, mineral notes and a slight vegetal touch, denoting characteristics of the Atlantic Terroir.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally. Should be served at 10/12ºC.

Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
