Product details

Winemaking:
Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and cold skin maceration for greater aromatic and phenolic extraction, followed by a short 4-month ageing in 60% French wood and 40% American wood from the Fernão Pires, Antão Vaz and Verdelho grape varieties, Sauvignon Blanc without ageing in wood.

Tasting Notes:

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
