After careful selection of grapes, the winemaking process was rolled out in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. 10% of the batch aged in used Port wine barrels. The wines are stabilized and filtered before bottling in Gaia.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz,Tinto Cão,Tinta Barroca
Tasting Notes:
Clean, bright wine with a ruby red colour. With fruity aromas of ripe red fruits and hints of sweet spices. In the mouth it is light and elegant, with good acidity and medium body. Round tannins and a long aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to store it in a cool place, at a constant temperature (ideal conservation T 12ºC), protected from light, and in horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
Ready to drink. Ideal for moments of jovial sharing of everyday life.
It goes well with red meats and strong cheeses. For this wine, we imagine a delicious pasta al pomodoro covered in parmesan cheese.
