Vinified in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures between 20º and 23ºC.

Tasting Notes:
It reveals excellent intensity and aromatic quality, of very ripe black fruits. Spices such as cinnamon and cloves, balsamic vinegar and very well integrated wood also stand out. In the mouth it has a magnificent structure, firm, high-quality tannins, balanced by good acidity. Its great intensity and complexity provide an extremely long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with red meat and game.
