The maturation phase occurred slowly and allowed an early harvest in mid-September. The grapes were harvested, with a rigorous selection in the vineyard and in the cellar another screening. Fermented using partial destemming (30%) for a period of 15 days at a temperature controlled, allowing for the controlled extraction of colour and freshest flavour compounds, added fermentation malolactic held in November in stainless steel. Aged about 6 months in French oak barrels, short maturation in oak barrels in order to provide a wine cooler and complex.

Tasting Notes:
It is a violet ruby wine, medium concentration, red fresh fruit in close-up, complexity and elegance derived from the short stage in French oak, are balanced to bring out one Douro character, more appealing, uncomplicated and informal. Designed to be consumed young but with aging potential. Mouth with silky texture, vinous, polished tannins, mark a clean and straightforward character.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve around 16 – 17º C.
