Tasting Notes:
Intense red colour, with violet reflections. Very expressive nose, predominating notes of ripe black fruits, with some suggestions of floral aromas. The mouth is distinguished by its elegant structure, which, without being aggressive, guarantees a good persistence, in harmony with the attractive toasted notes of the barrel.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
Food Pairing:
Pairs well with white meats, game and red meats.

Contains sulphites.

The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
