Winemaking:
Total destemming and controlled crushing. The must underwent pre-fermentation cold skin maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and maceration with moderate extraction continued for over 40 days. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation in new stainless steel tanks and was immediately racked into 500-litre French oak casks where it was aged for 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
Intense, deep colour. Distinctive aroma - very intensive and complex with floral notes. On the mouth, it is well-rounded with a precise yet seductive quality, with obvious fruit flavours that are highly floral. Well-structured with dense yet fine tannins. In the tasting, it stands out more for its freshness than its concentration, and the long, seductive, persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It is ideal for accompanying roasted goat meat, mutton, chicken rice.
