Winemaking:
After destemming, the grapes were trodden by foot in traditional granite lagares, at controlled temperature. All the wine was matured for 18 months in new French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Rubi colour wine, with highlight on the aroma of ripe red fruit. The combination with the wood notes, form its aging in wood barrels, is perfect. On the mouth is an elegant wine, with very polished tannins and focus on fruit notes.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 18 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with red meats, roasts and game dishes.
