Aging for 14 months in French oak barrels.

Long, minty and balsamic on the finish. A striking wine with clear potential for evolution.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.

Food Pairing:
This wine goes perfectly with red meat, roast beef and grilled meats.
