Grapes selected in the vineyard and cut by hand. Fermentation at controlled temperature with maceration, interrupted by the addition of wine spirit. Aging in oak barrels for a period of no less than 7 years. It evolves through oxidation, similar to aged Port Wines, presenting the unique characteristics of the harvest year.

Tasting Notes:
Notes of cocoa, dried fig and caramel. Silky, fresh and harmonious, with notes of cocoa and a long, elegant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store upright in a cool, dry place, away from light and temperature variations. Serve at a temperature between 14°C and 16°C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent digestive wine, splendid with sweets such as crème bruleé, apple pie, pastel de nata, milk chocolate, French toast, Christmas pudding.
