The harvest took place in the second week of September. The grapes were harvested by hand into small 18kg boxes, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were completely destemmed and immediately pressed. The resulting must went into a small stainless steel tank, where it decanted at a low temperature for 48 hours. The clean stainless steel must began fermentation with indigenous yeasts.

Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow colour, clear and bright, intense perfume, sweet floral notes and honey. fruit pulp like pear with sultana nuances, good acidity on the palate, intense, robust flavour with a sweet character. However, the acidity characterises the wine well, making it richer and more versatile for the table. The finish is long.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10º and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with elaborate dishes, great as a starter, stewed white meats, with fatty fish, shellfish, cheeses with little ageing... ideal with soft cheeses.
