Product details

Winemaking:
Whole bunch pressing. 80% of the blend fermented in French oak barrels and 20% of the blend fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 10/12ºC, followed by 4 months of bâtonnage in vats. 80% of the blend fermented in French oak barrels. After bâtonnage fermentation for 4 months, the wine rested on its lees for 9 months.
