Reception of the grapes in 20 kg boxes used for its transport to the cellar, with destemming and crushing, followed by maceration of the skins at a temperature below 10ºC for 24 hours. Pressing for separation of masses and transfer of the liquid to stainless steel vats, where it preceded decantation for 48 hours. In 50% of the batch, the alcoholic fermentation occurred (in its entirety) in the vat, during 28 days in temperatures ranging between 14-18ºC, with a later stage of 2 months in new French oak barrels; The remaining 50% were transferred in the middle of the period of fermentation to French oak barrels, where fermentation and periodic bâtonnage occurred, with aging in barrels used during the period of 6 months.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus yellow colour. Clean and seductive. The toasted notes are immediate, slowly displaying the floral, stating freshness and complexity. Bulky entrance. A white wine with structure and presence in the mouth, with a long finish and strong enhancement of the fruit.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
A good pair for soups and fish stew, fatty fish gratin and stewed meat and mushrooms. Comes out as a very pleasant surprise to accompany pasta with tomato sauce (its acidity is well absorbed by the acidity of the wine), as well as with nuts (served as appetizer or included in the dish).
