Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 15ºC and 18°C.

Tasting Notes:
citrus colour of medium intensity. Shows good fruit notes, apple green, light plant, smoked, well complemented by mineral nuances that create some distinction. Good provision in the mouth, with structure, solid and integrated acidity, showing some irreverence in style. Dried fruit and dryness, with pleasant finish at the end.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
