Product details

Winemaking:
The vineyard is located in schist terrains with very stony and excellent exposure. The different varieties are planted plots, thus allowing a perfect accompaniment. Hand harvested in small boxes. Stalk total. Slight maceration. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. Stage on fine lees with regular bâtonnage until bottling.
