Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour with a greenish tinge. Aroma of stone fruit - peach from the vineyard, combined with notes of white-fleshed fruit - king apple, lighter flint, toast and brioche. Very fine silky texture, supported by a firm structure and sparkling freshness. Intense flavours of pear, white plum, pink pepper and vanilla. Surprising balance between fresh acidity, opulent body and linearity, beautiful gravity. Finishes long, precise and nervous.
Store and Serve Advices:
Keep the bottle in horizontal position away from direct light. Serve at 10/12ºC.
