Winemaking:
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with temperature control, followed by aging in French oak barrels for a period of 14 months, in which 50% of the wine ages in new 550L barrels.

An unusual and innovative white wine from the Douro region that stands out as a true top of the range wine due to its great freshness, intensity and aromatic complexity, with mineral aromas and notes of green pepper, grapefruit and asparagus with a hint of wood. In the mouth, it reveals freshness and fruity flavours, where the mineral aspect is once again present, ending with a long and persistent finish, crowned by a very fine and balanced acidity.

Drink or store for up to 15 years.
