Winemaking:
Hand-picked in early September for 20kg boxes. Grapes pre-selected from the best vineyards on the Favaios plateau. Pre-fermentation maceration for 4 days in cold storage, followed by gentle pressing to obtain the tear must. The Gouveio and Viosinho wines (90% of the blend) ferment and age in first and second year barrels for 12 months. Arinto and Rabigato (the remaining 10% of the blend) ferment and age in stainless steel for 12 months. After the final blend, the wine is aged in stainless steel for a further 6 months, with the fine lees regularly removed.

Tasting Notes:
Bright citrus yellow colour. The aroma is characterised by vegetal, citrus and stone fruit notes. On the palate, the wine is lively, enveloping and creamy, with the barrel and acidity in perfect harmony.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 7-14ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
