Bright, with a deep greenish-citrus colour. With citrus notes of orange and exotic fruits, revealing its noble mineral character, all its freshness and intensity. In the mouth, it is smooth with a lively and pleasant acidity. It has a citrus aroma with a long and fresh persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10/12ºC.

To accompany oily fish, cod, seafood and white meat.
