Winemaking:
Partial ageing for 10 months in new French Allier oak barrels and casks.

Grape Varieties:
Aragonêz,Trincadeira,Alicante Bouschet

Tasting Notes:
Strong garnet colour. Aroma of ripe fruit, mint, cedar and spices. The palate is ripe with good density and rich, smooth tannins. Round, fresh and very enveloping on the end of mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed at a temperature of 16º to 18ºC

Food Pairing:
Great with red meat dishes and well flavoured.
