Product details
Upon reception, the grapes are destemmed and crushed with a roller crusher, where they undergo a 24-hour pre-fermentation skin maceration at a controlled temperature. The tear must then undergoes decantation in stainless steel tanks at a very low temperature. Approximately 24 hours later, the must is drained, and fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 11-13°C to retain the aromas released by the grapes. After alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine ages in new French oak barrels for approximately four months on fine lees.
