Product details
The grapes for this wine come from a specific plot of our Quinta de Vale Cesteiros property at around 500m altitude, aged 40 years. When the grapes arrive at the winery, they are placed in lagares where they begin fermentation with gentle maceration for around a week, and are subsequently transferred to French oak barrels, where they age for around 20 months.
