Winemaking:
Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Tinta Roriz,Touriga Franca,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Strong but rounded tannins, with a fruity aroma, black berries. In the mouth has a great complexity, concentrated, intense and long end, very well balanced and in harmony with the 12 months in French and American oak casks.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes along very well with grilled meat dishes or codfish.

Contains sulphites.
