Product details
The harvest began at the beginning of September. The grapes come from the Douro Superior and are carefully selected. After destemming and gentle crushing, the grapes are sent to stainless steel vats, where alcoholic fermentation takes place, with temperature control and gentle macerations for a week. The wines are stabilized and filtered before bottling in Gaia.
