The Encruzado grapes were selected for this late harvest wine harvested in November, when the vines were losing their leaves and starting the sleep cycle.

Aromas of dry leaves and hazelnuts. In the mouth citric notes of orange with a some lemon acidity in the end. It’s a delicate and perfumed late harvest.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at a temperature of 15ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal as an aperitif, goes well with dried fruit.

Contains sulphites.
