Over ripe grapes harvested in October were gently pressed and the must was fermented at 12ºC. Upon reaching 11% of alcohol the temperature was lowered to 0ºC and the fermentation was stopped.

Tasting Notes:
Golden colour. Aroma of ripe tropical fruit and orange marmalade. In the mouth is complex, creamy with volume and persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10ºC.

Goes well with foie gras, intense cheese or almond tarts.
