Winemaking:
Late Harvest wines are unfortified sweet wines in which the grapes are harvested later and undergo a dehydration process, concentrating the sugar and modifying the aromas.

Grape Varieties:
Bical,Malvasia Fina

Tasting Notes:
Citrus-coloured wine with slight golden hue, very bright, fragrant aroma of the fruit maturation, low acidity, balanced and with a slight touch of French oak. Flavour, soft, good body, highlighting the nose aromas in the mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 9-12 º C.

Food Pairing:
Starters, in particular the classic foie gras, blue cheeses, desserts made with dried fruit, cheesecake, and brûlée cream.
