Winemaking:
Manual harvest, with total destemming, natural fermentation in a wine press. Aged for 10 months in used 500l & 225l French oak barrels. Wine has not been fined, stabilized or filtered, may contain deposit.

Serve between 16º and 18º C. Store the bottle in a horizontal position, in a cool, dry and dark place.

Ideal for red meats and spicy dishes, as well as fattier fish dishes.
