Promotion valid from the 1st of April 2026 up to the 30th of June 2026 and subject to the available stock

Winemaking:
Total destemming followed by crushing. Fermentation in 10,000-litre tanks with self-programmed pumping over and temperature control systems between 28º C and 30º C. Maceration in contact with a submerged blanket for 28 days. Four to six months of partial ageing in oak barrels.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 17ºC.

Food Pairing:
It is a gastronomically versatile wine, pairing well with a board of sausages, with cheeses of different cured meats and textures, and also goes well with salads, pasta, pizzas, and grilled, oven-baked or stewed meats.
