Grapes are hand-picked in small boxes and transported to the winery located on the farm itself, with very little transport time. Complete destemming. Long fermentation at low temperature. Complete malolactic fermentation. Aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months, followed by 18 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Young wine with a bright ruby colour. Aromas of ripe wild berries with hints of cherry and black pepper. Fine, velvety tannins that contrast harmoniously with a well-defined, fresh acidity. Finishes long, smooth and full of black fruit.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing:
It goes perfectly with dishes with strong aromas and flavors, such as traditional lamb, black pork and game dishes.
