Product details

Winemaking:
Manual harvest at optimum maturation point. Crushing and soft destemming. Cold maceration for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for 8 days at 16-18ºC. Addition of sulphurous after alcoholic fermentation. Stage in used French oak barrels of 500L for 12 months.

Store and Serve Advices:
