Classic vinification with skin maceration. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of up to 26ºC for 10 days. Aged for 12 months in medium toasted French and American oak.

Tasting Notes:
It has an aroma of forest fruits such as blackberry and blueberry and hints of ripe plum, combined with a slight touch of coffee, which gives it complexity and intensity. On the palate the wine is persistent and elegant, unfolding in multiple layers of ripe red fruit. Fine, silky tannins with a persistent, long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

To be dished up with duck and red meats.
