The technology is very simple, respecting the venerable age of old vines. The only concession to modernity were stainless steel vats, where it fermented, and selected yeasts with which ensured fermentation. Even the press where marc was moved were squeezed strength of arms. After fermentation and the first racking, the wine was put into French oak barrels, where rested, stabilized and refined for seven months. After that went for a stainless steel vats, where he stayed about a year before bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Presents a ruby colour loaded and deep. The aroma is rich, something discreet start, with notes of berries, resembling blueberries, dried vegetable, wet earth, coffee and black pepper. In the mouth, surprised by the balance and elegance, combining the richness of tannins and some minerality and acidity with a high alcohol content. The end gets us in memory.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at about 16 º C and perform previously, the decanting, given the possibility of having a slight sediment in the bottle.
Food Pairing:
The wine is ready to drink, especially for those who enjoy young wines. However, it will greatly improve with time. For sure it will provide many joys. Given its characteristics, is clearly a wine of celebration and great moments of life.
