Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour with greenish reflections. Aroma to white fruits and vegetable, tropical and mineral, well married with the vanilla of the barrels. Good volume in the mouth, with subtle minerality and marked acidity. Very long and delicate finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10-12ºC.

Pair with soft cheeses and baked fish.
