Manual harvest of 2 ha using 20kg boxes. The grapes were vinified in stainless steel tanks with a slight post-fermentation maceration. Aged for 10 months in new French oak barrels.

Alicante Bouschet,Alfrocheiro
Tasting Notes:
Garnet-coloured wine. On the nose, the various layers of fruit and some fresh mineral notes are well matched to the barrels. The palate is full, with protected tannins and a long finish that suggests a favourable evolution over the next few years.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended drinking temperature 16/17 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with game dishes, roasted or grilled red meats.

Contains sulphites.
