The grapes were destemmed, but not crushed and they were left for 3 days in cold maceration. Fermentation with controlled temperature at 24ºC, malolactic fermentation in barrels and 9 months aging.

Tasting Notes:
Deep Violet colour. Aroma of black and red fruit notes reminiscent of plum, light vegetable well integrated with notes of spices, coffee and mocha from barrel aging. In the mouth it is a full-bodied, fresh and long wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect with red meats, barbecue and strong cheeses.
