Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel frustum-conical tanks with cold maceration at the beginning. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and subsequent racking into used French oak barrels, where the wine remains aged for 18 months. It then ages for a year in the bottle before heading to the market.

Aragonêz,Trincadeira,Alicante Bouschet,Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Notes:
Complex aroma of ripe fruit, notes of green coffee and the wood where it aged. Soft flavor, well-balanced acidity, long perception of fruit evident in the aroma perfectly combined with the spice of wood. Elegant, prolonged and persistent aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Consume after 1 year of bottling, up to 10 years. Serve between 16-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine goes perfectly with red meat, roast beef and grilled meats.
