Winemaking:
Wine made from red grapes, the intensity of the colour and structure depends entirely on the length of time the skins are in contact with the liquid, as these components are found in the skins.

Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Tinta Barroca
Tasting Notes:
Salmon pink colour. Notes of grapefruit and orange peel, with light notes of raspberries. Great freshness and acidity with fresh strawberries, raspberries and great minerality. A very gastronomic rosé.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 8 to 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with lean grilled meat, pasta, pizza and ideal with aperitifs. Also goes well with tapas, sushi, risotto and highly seasoned fish.
