Harvest in the 2nd week of September. Grapes crushed and not destemmed. The grapes fermented with natural yeasts in a press with foot treading, without temperature control. At the end, it was pressed and underwent malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats, then transferred to used barrels. 100% of the wine is aged in used barrels for 59 months.

Tasting Notes:
Deep red colour. On the nose, aromas of velvety black fruits. In the mouth, the black fruits stand out, but in perfect harmony with wood notes and syrupy tannins. It reveals a profile full of character and ends in a long and elegant way.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at around 14 to 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Serve with game dishes (wild boar, partridge, pheasant, hare), baked mushrooms, baked kid and lamb, feijoadas, country chicken cabidela, stews, cheeses.
