In addition to the Rum da Madeira IGP, this liqueur is normally used with other ingredients that give unique characteristics to the Poncha da Madeira IGP, namely bee honey and a variety of fruits produced exclusively in the region, individually or in combination, which result in a harmony of aromas and tastes. It is a traditionally opaque drink, resulting from the use of the pulp and juice of the original fruits, whose colour varies from citrus to golden with the possibility of greenish reflections, however, it may present another colour depending on the fruit used. This liquor results in the evolution of the traditional regional Poncha, which with mastery and knowledge saw ingredients being added to it until obtaining a product with a taste, taste and smell of fruits. It is a faithful replica of the best known passion fruit ponchas, present in the local market and where the fruit base is all from selected agricultural regions.

Storage:
It should be stored upright, in a dry place with a constant temperature between 10-20º and avoiding direct light.
