Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 8 days, followed by a 20-day post-fermentation maceration period. Part of the malolactic fermentation took place in barrels. Aging for 18 months in new French oak barrels followed by 12 months in bottle.

Dark red colour. Intense and complex with notes of plums, chocolate, coffee and spices. Elegant and complex, with a long finish.

The ideal serving temperature is between 16ºC and 18ºC.

Ideal with grilled meat, game dishes or intense cheeses.

The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
