Aging for 15 months in French oak barrels.

Touriga Nacional (67%) and Touriga Franca. Deep and complex, full of exotic spices such as nutmeg, cloves, saffron, also very light cocoa, shiitake mushrooms and peat earth. In the mouth it impresses with its natural freshness and chewiness, rich in cocoa and the purity of black fruit, with a vegetable note in the background. Super-silky tannins, long and broad, of enormous elegance.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.

Food Pairing:
This wine goes perfectly with red meat, roast beef and grilled meats.
