Vinified in stainless steel vats for 15 days at controlled temperatures between 20º and 23ºC. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
It has a ruby red color. Complex and intense aroma where red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry but also plum stand out. Very firm acidity and tannins make it a balanced, intense and velvety wine, with a long and fruity finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Dark and cool place (12º C to 14º C), in a horizontal position with minimal vibration. Serve at a temperature of 16º C.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with all meat, game and cheese dishes.
